The User acknowledges that it accepts these Term and Conditions including the NOTICE at the top of the page, with the understanding that the User is contractually bound by the terms thereof, without modification.
Please note: All cancellations must be made in person or by calling the Club’s front desk.
No cancellations will be accepted online or by text. No exceptions.
24 hour notice is required for cancellation of a Season Court weekly session. If a Season Court is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, a make-up will be given for that court time at the end of the regular playing season. The make-up will be scheduled at a time specified by the Club. All make-ups will be booked around scheduled spring activities and leagues. Only 3 make-ups are allowed per Season Court per season and must be used by May 31st of the current year. If there is a no show for a make-up, that make-up time will be forfeited.
Note: Once a Season Court is contracted for the 31 week season with a deposit, that Season Court cannot be permanently cancelled. The cancellation policy above is only for Season Court weekly sessions.
Open Time court bookings-
24 notice is required to cancel an open time court booking. If notice is not provided 24 hours prior to the court time, the person(s) will be billed for the court time. If the court has been prepaid, a refund will only be given with the 24 hour notice of cancellation. Notice must be made by calling the Club or in person at our front desk. No email cancellations will be accepted.
All Pickleball sign-ups must be paid for in advance. 24 hour notice is required to cancel your sign-up. A refund will be given only with 24 hour cancellation.
Lessons/ Lesson Packages/ Drills-
24 hour notice is required to cancel lessons, lesson packages, and drills. If 24 hour notice is not given, the student will be charged for the lesson. All lessons, etc. must be cancelled by contacting the front desk. No lesson cancellations will be accepted by texting the Pros.
Cancellation of a session must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the first day of the session. Failure to do so will result in a forfeit of $50. No refunds will be given once the session has started.
24 hour notice is required to cancel a tennis party. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of payment.

PRO SHOP REFUND and RETURN POLICY
Full priced items in our pro shop may be exchanged or returned for a full refund of the purchase
price under the following conditions:
* Customer must have a valid DTC receipt for the purchase.
* All clothing items must be unworn with the tags attached.
* All items are returnable up to one year from the date of purchase.
All sales are final on clearance merchandise.
Online orders: These are items ordered from our online pro shop.
Items from our online store must be picked up and paid for in person at the Club.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
Customer must have a valid receipt for a return.
Returns and refunds are only for items purchased from the Dolyestown Tennis Club.
No refunds or returns will be made for items purchased elsewhere.
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between the Company and the User, subject to and governed by the Laws of the Commonwealth of Pennslyvania. The agreement begins the moment the User begins interacting with the website and ends when the User ceases using the website or accessing the services provided herein.
Amendments to the Terms and Conditions will be effective when posted on the website by the Club and accepted by the User.
