Scheduling:

• YOU  MUST SCHEDULE YOUR MATCHES WITH YOUR OPONENTS AT A MUTALLY AGREEDED UPON  TIME. YOU WILL NEED A 2 Hour BLOCK OF TIME PER MATCH.   CONTACT INFORMATION WILL BE PROVIDED BY CALLING THE CLUB AT 215-345-7897. 
• Have one player reserve the 2 hour court time and indicate to the desk staff that it is a Club Championship match, so that you will NOT be charged for the court.
• Pre-Matches will start on March 1st and end April 7th.
  Semifinals will be played on April 12th and 14th. Times to be determined at a later date.
  Finals to be played on April 13nd and 14th. Times to be determined at a later date.

Scoring:

• Limit warm up to 5 min
• Best 2 out of 3 sets with 3rd set tie-breaker (to 10) up to the Semifinal rounds - NO EXCEPTIONS! 
• Report your scores to the desk staff 
•  If a match is not completed and time runs out, the team that is ahead     advances to the next round.  

Balls:

• Balls are provided by the club. Ask the front desk staff for a can of new balls and return them to the desk when reporting your score
